This Package expires on 12/31/08. It will only be accepted for renewals and reactivations up to 12/31/08. 

A new package will be developed for individuals renewing after 12/31/08 and should be available in January of 2009. This package must be completed before 12/31/08 and can only be used for individuals required to renew by 12/31/08.

This package includes all 21 hours of continuing education required to renew your license. This package is for individuals required to renew their license by 12/31/08 and must be completed by that date.
